Opera mini 4.2 is the latest non beta (Tested and Verified) version available for nokia 3110c.
It provides very high speed and supports orkut, gmail etc..(Only mobile view is available for orkut)
Loads faster by compressing images.
Support Downloads (Note that the progress bar may not be moving but downloading goes in background. Also downloading not possible for jar files. We must use phone's default browser itself)
You should allow "data read and write access" of application to "allowed"
Uses phone's Editor and thus provides T9 dictionary and number mode

I still use this phone, it can be enjoyed when you don't compact it with too many things. It needs free space of memory to function well and this is what i think makes me still using this phone till day after many trouble over the time
